Who I Am and What I Do

My Story

My name is Tammie White, Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Instructor. I recognize "Great Hands are an Extension of a Great Heart"! This means that I truly believe in the work I do and I put my heart into every massage.

I am an expert with the ability to assist you with the following massage modalities: Swedish, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Youth Massage, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Kineso Taping.

I have been performing these various massage modalities since 2010. This experience coupled with 15 years sports training; I guarantee that you will not walk out of your massage appointment the way you walked in!
